COMPETITION

The grades differ by Category:

Mini age between 4 years and 7.99
Baby ages 8 to 11.99
Juniors aged between 12 and 15.99
Seniors aged 16 and over
Mix, includes unlimited mixed ages (applies only to groups)

Each Category differs by section:
Only
Duo
Group

Each Category and Section differs in Style:
Ballet
Contemporary
Modern
Street
Acrodance
Special
Open

Voting takes place by assigning a score ranging from a minimum of 1 point to a maximum of 8 points;
The qualifications include the awarding of 1st, 2nd and 3rd place (there are no exequo, in this case the jury will decide who to reward or whether to show them again), for each Category, Section and Theme;
The place in the ranking is calculated on the basis of the score obtained, from the highest to the lowest, but respecting the following rules:


1st place: awarded only if the average score obtained is equal to or greater than 5.5; in the event that the average is not reached, it passes to the lower position

2nd place: awarded only if the average score obtained is equal to or greater than 5; in the event that the average is not reached, it passes to the lower position

3rd place: awarded only if the average score obtained is equal to or greater than 4.5; in the event that the average is not reached, it passes to the lower position

All can go to the Gala, only if the average theys score is equal to or greater than 6;

The points obtained previously in the competition will be added to the points awarded during the Gala, the total score obtained will determine the absolute winner of each Category and Section, regardless of the Dance Style.

At the discretion of the Jury, Special Awards may be assigned:
The Best Technique
The Best Interpretation

In addition to the Special Awards, the GRAND PRIX may be awarded
Rules for getting the Grand Prix:

By right the GRAND PRIX is assigned to the competitor, Solo / Duo / Group, if he has obtained the minimum 90% of the total score between the race and Gala;

If the minimum score is not obtained, the Jury will have to decide whether to assign it or not.
The last word is up to the Artistic Director whether or not to validate the decision made by the Jury whether or not to award the Grand Prix.
In the event of Ex Equo, the Artistic Director will decide how to evaluate who will be entitled to the Prize.

The GOLDEN AWARD is the most prestigious award, it is obtained only by reaching the maximum score (100%) between the race and the Gala.
Participants in the person of the school manager and only him and not third parties, will be able to ask questions to the Artistic Director, in case they need information regarding the results. Complaints / judgments / insinuations on the Jury are not allowed, in this case the School of belonging to the owner of the complaints / judgments / insinuations will be disqualified both for qualifications and for the Final; and the prizes obtained will be canceled. The disqualification will be communicated through email and social networks even with retroactive effect up to 3 months.
It is absolutely forbidden for competitors who will be seated in the room, in the part assigned to them and according to the directives given before the match, to cheer on the stadium. Anyone who violates the rule will be disqualified from the school they belong to. They will be able to limit themselves only to applauding like a normal audience.
Reasons for DISQUALIFICATION OF THE SCHOOL or of the private individual
Taking photos or videos from the room or from behind the scenes, both by members of the school and by their own public.
Not respecting order and silence during the competition
Run behind the scenes
Order of entry and exit from the stage
Order of entry and exit from the hall
Leave the dressing rooms untidy or dirty
Please only invite people who know how to be in the theater, and who do not get up all the time, annoying others to the theater. Our competition is a dance competition, comparable to a theatrical show, therefore not to be considered a sporting event that involves cheering.
